Q: What if it rains during the excavation?

At Seaberg Enterprise, we always take the necessary precautions to protect your excavation site in the event of rain. This includes covering up the site with high-quality, durable tarp and other sealing materials to ensure that your excavation site is kept safe and in tact.

Q: Will my excavation site be covered up if it’s going to rain?

Your excavation site will most definitely be covered up appropriately prior to any chance of rain occurring.

Q: How will my excavation site be protected from cave-ins?

At Seaberg Enterprise, we use industry standard, top-of-the-line synthetic materials that we source from trusted, verified suppliers to protect your excavation site from any potential cave-ins. These materials are tested to ensure the durability and longevity of your excavated space over time.These include quality heavy duty synthetic liners as well as other materials like concrete, gravel and stone. We use advanced excavation and filling techniques to install these liners and materials to ensure their longevity and usefulness.

Q: What if the crew hits a water line or gas line?

At Seaberg Enterprise, we always take the time to perform a full inspection of your site to determine where the water, gas and electrical lines are hidden beneath the surface of the ground. We also consult with past contractor’s records to rule out any existing gas lines. In the rare event that a crew member hits an unforeseen water or gas line, we have the necessary tools and experience to deal with the issue accordingly and stop any major damage from happening.

Q: What problems with the foundation are encountered?

Sometimes it is common to encounter problems with the foundation being cracked, damaged or in need of repair. In this case, it is only a matter of extra time that it will take to fix the pre-existing problem before we can proceed to the next step in the excavation process.

Q: Should I notify the neighbors? Are there any dangers to them?

There is no need to notify the neighbors. In the event that there will be prolonged noise, we will notify you and suggest that you notify your neighbors if needed. We never pose any danger or risk to your or your neighbors while we are working on site.
